A double-blind peer review process will evaluate all submissions to the conferences. Papers should not have been presented or published elsewhere prior to this conference and are restricted to three submissions by one author. The paper will be reviewed according to the relevance of the conference themes, significant contribution to the society, technical quality, paper organization and sufficient up-to-date references. The highly active publishers and leading researchers involved with ICMLDE network will ensure high quality of published papers in the conference and it is likely that some papers will be rejected if they do not achieve the desired quality.
